How can I get a Media Pass?
The Barbados Turf Club press badges/paddock pass are valid for all race meetings except Gold Cup If you do not have a Barbados Turf Club, press badge/paddock pass and wish to apply for accreditation, please send an email to: scorbin[at]barbadosturfclub[dot]org stating whether you are:
- A Journalist
- A Photographer
- A Broadcaster
You must include a supporting letter from your editor or examples of recent work.
If you are a freelance journalist, you must supply a letter from the commissioning editor or examples of recent work.
Freelance photographers must send proof of to whom they supply photographs.
Special permission must be sought to go on the track to take photographs.
Barbados Turf Club
Applications in writing must be submitted to the Sandra G Corbin or the Secretary two weeks prior to the race day you wish to attend. State the date you wish to attend, your name and specific profession i.e. Photographer, journalist, editor, cameraman etc.

How many passes will be approved?
Only one application will be accepted from each media house; however the names and professions of more than one applicant on a single application will be permitted.
Where do I get my approved Pass?
Each individual must present their press identification upon collection of the Barbados Turf Club’s media pass from the Offices of the Barbados Turf Club, the Historic Garrison Savannah, St. Michael.
Visitors/ Unauthorised media attending the Barbados Turf Club events must not take, reproduce, modify, display, distribute or publish any photographs, media, video for commercial use or publication without prior written permission from the Barbados Turf Club.
The Barbados Turf Club does not take responsibility for any media entity, media equipment damage or personal injury on Barbados Turf Club’s property.
