How do I get to the Garrison Savannah?

When should I arrive?

Gates open one hour before the post time of the first local race. Even on relatively quiet days traffic can build up so plan to arrive in good time.

Is there a dress code?

There is no specified dress code for the infield and grandstand. However you may contact our office regarding the dress code(s) for the Incitatus Members’ Lounge, Corporate Boxes, Hospitality Lounge and Owners & Trainers.

Is there parking?

Parking for patrons is available at the back of the Grandstand Main Entrance on a first come first serve alternatively there are many car parks in the surrounding area.

Parking for Members is available on the infield. Access is granted during short intervals between races.

Reserved Parking for Sponsors is available opposite the entrance to the Grandstand.

Should I buy tickets in advance?

Tickets can be bought at the main grand stand entrance on the day or to book and receive tickets in advance call 1 (246) 426 3980

Reservations are highly recommended for the major race days and seating in the Hospitality Lounge and the Incitatus Members’ Lounge.

Can I bring children?

Yes. Children are admitted to Grandstand at a reduced rate. Please contact us with regard to conditions which are applicable to the admittance of children under 18 years to all other areas.

Are dogs allowed?

Pets are not allowed

Is there a lost property office?

If you lose or find something go to the administration office located at the main grand stand entrance. After a race day please call the BTC Office on 1 (246) 426 3980 to enquire about lost property.

Can I use a camera?

You may use a camera without a flash in the normal public enclosures. Flash photography can frighten the horses. Photographs may not be taken for commercial purposes.

Can I get a refund on my tickets?

Refunds are issued for events which are postponed or cancelled prior to the start of any race.

What if my ticket is lost or stolen?

The Barbados Turf Club does not accept liability for tickets which are lost or stolen.
